Once a case is filed and adjudged, the court shall not hear and adjudge the case involving the same matter and the same plaintiff and defendant more than once, except for an appeal made in the case or non-execution of the deed of compromise.
एकपटक मुद्दा दायर र निरुपण भएपछि, अदालतले उही विषय र उही मुद्दाकर्ता र प्रतिवादीलाई पुन: मुद्दा सुन्ने र निरुपण गर्ने छैन, तर अपील गरिएको मुद्दामा वा सम्झौतापत्रको कार्यान्वयन नभएको अवस्थामा मात्र अपवाद हुनेछ।
